Q. What are all of the costs involved? 

​ A. Mo2V8 Enterprises LLC DOES NOT charge fees to join our team. All fees associated with certifying are paid directly to Arise Virtual Solutions and consist of the following: 

 National Background Check conducted by First Advantage Background check services is FREE!  

 Client Certification course (one-time fee of $0 – $149.00) depending on which Client program Agent chooses and the current promotion. Military families (spouses and children) can receive a discount on certification costs.

​ Q. Why is there a one-time fee for the certification classes? 


A. You are learning a trade that will allow you to work from home providing call center services for a variety of companies in a variety of ways, as with any  

certification class there are fees attached that allow for payment to the instructors and materials used during class. Unlike other trades, upon certification you are GUARANTEED IMMEDIATE EMPLOYMENT! 


Q. Are we responsible for our own taxes? 

A. As an Independent  Contractor or 1099 worker you are responsible for reporting and paying your taxes to the proper authorities, including any  

applicable employment taxes. 


Q. How soon after I certify can I start servicing clients? 

A. Depending on the duration of your training class, you are expected to start servicing clients immediately after you pass certification.  

Ultimately, you can start earning revenue within 2 – 8 weeks after enrollment.  

Q. Will I receive payment for the time I spend in the Client Certification Course? 

A. As with any other trade certification i.e. cosmetology, nursing, auto technician you will not be compensated for the time spent  

in classroom training. Most of our Telecom clients provide paid training during the live call taking phase of training, prior to certification. The knowledge you obtain is considered a contributing factor in helping you to become successful as a Certified Customer Support Professional. In some cases, certification bonuses are offered for Customer Support Professionals that complete the  certification course and service their selected client as contracted. 

Q. How much money can I make as a Certified Customer Support Professional for Mo2V8 Enterprises LLC? 

 A. That is almost entirely up to YOU and how much time you dedicate to servicing your chosen client beyond standard weekly requirements. Some clients offer tons of additional hours, the more you work the more revenue you earn. Our opportunities range from $9 – $18 per hour or provide a per minute rate. 

In addition, some clients offer sales and incentive bonuses.  

Q. How often will I get paid? 

A. Mo2V8 Enterprises LLC issues direct deposits on the 15th (earlier if the 15th falls on a weekend or bank holiday) and the last business day of each month.
